I'm engaged!


I have to say, I'm very excited and very Happy! :)
I have finally met the man of my dreams. (I know, sounds cheesy)
I met Josh about 2 years ago. But really started hanging out and getting to know each other on July 3rd 2007. Josh is 5 years younger than I. However, if you look at us, you would think we were the same age or I was younger.

I actually got engaged the day after Mother's day. Josh made me this cute ring made out of ethernet cable, with a phone jack to place the diamond. It's pretty funny. I wore that ring for a week. But had to take off my finger, cuz it's not "ring wear." Josh had my ring customized. It's gorgeous!

The picture above is from Wednesday, June 24th at Texas Roadhouse.
Josh wanted to take me out to dinner. At first I thought something was wrong. I think he was trying to be as secretive and casual. But I think I knew something was up.

So at Texas Roadhouse-Ordered food. At Texas you get your meal, and 2 sides with it. Well when our waitress had come out with our food, she said to me, "Here's your 3rd side." They had placed the red ring box on top of a white napkin on a little plate. CUUUTEEE they decorated it.
I opened the box, and there was the ring. I started to cry, Josh came over gave me a kiss and hugged. awwwww...... Well, what we didn't know, is that the whole staff was behind us, and when we kissed and hugged, they all cheered. It was great.

When we left the restaurant, they asked for a picture of us. We are the first couple with an engagement in their restaurant.
I'd say that's pretty freaking awesome!
