I wanted to get Kendall and I together in the kitchen and decorate Easter cookies. Nick (Josh's son) was excited to join as well. Usually when I make sugar cookies, I make them from scratch, but didn't feel like it this time, so instead I bought the dough in a bag... Unfortunately, I didn't realize that there was a recipe on the very bottom stating what to mix if using "cookie cutters." The dough was really sticky after mix, and couldn't get it to stay on the table, so we used a lot of flour.. ugh... But still turned out okay. Josh pitched in, and helped make the dough somewhat thinner.. It was a lot of fun. We made about 2 dozen cookies. Nick enjoyed running around the table, and smearing flour all over Kendall..It took about an hour or 2 to just decorate. Some of the cookies, probably could get sick after eating, cuz there is so much frosting! The main point was just having fun. And I think all of us had a blast!
